All wood (hickory?), 34" long, just under 2 lbs. weight, in pretty good condition, overall, with no dings or chips, other than some wear to the top end (please see my pictures here), and a smear of what looks like white paint just below that. It even still has a little of the original polish, it looks like. This came from my 80-year old parents' basement, if that's any indication of its vintage (my father had no memory of its origins, though he posited that it might have belonged to his older brother, my late uncle). From a non-smoking home.
